Audit

SEO and AI search audit

A complete assessment of your visibility on Google, Google Maps and AI assistants, carried out by people, not just tools. We analyse your technical set-up, content, authority, local presence, citations in generative answers and the quality of your measurement, and turn it all into a prioritised action plan.

Why start here

Before you invest, know where you stand and what moves the needle

Many companies come to us with a to-do list someone has recommended: write more articles, build links, switch theme. Sometimes those are good ideas; often they are not the priority. A site with indexing problems gains nothing from more content, and a technically flawless site goes nowhere if it doesn't answer what its market is searching for.

The audit puts things in order. It tells you what is holding back your visibility, what opportunities you have against your competitors, how you appear (or don't) in AI assistant answers and what to do first, with an estimate of impact and effort for each action. It is also the best way to get to know us: you see how we think and work before committing to an ongoing service.

Scope and fee are agreed in writing before we start, based on the size of the site, the number of markets and languages, and the areas you want to include.

  • Manual, expert analysis supported by tools
  • Clear priorities, not an endless list of warnings
  • No obligation to buy further services

How it works

Five steps, from first contact to roadmap

001

Request and initial call

You fill in the form and we get back to you within 1–2 working days. In a 30–45 minute video call we talk about your business, customers, markets and goals, and what you have already tried. From that we define the scope.

Activities

FormVideo callScope definition

Outputs

  • Written proposal with fixed scope, timeline and fee
002

Access and data collection

Once you accept the proposal, you give us read-only access to Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile and, where relevant, your CMS or Google Ads. We crawl the whole site and gather data on competitors and on visibility in search engines and AI assistants.

We handle your data under a confidentiality agreement and as a data processor where applicable.

Outputs

  • Inventory of data and sources
003

Expert analysis

Tools detect symptoms; people make the diagnosis. We review each finding in context, rule out false positives and look for common causes: ten different warnings are often solved by a single template change.

We cross-reference the six areas, because problems are rarely isolated: content that doesn't rank may be down to indexing, intent or authority, and the fix is different in each case.

Activities

Outputs

  • List of findings with evidence
004

Report and prioritised plan

We write a report that both leadership and the technical team can read: an executive summary with the main conclusions, and detail on each finding with its evidence, impact, estimated effort and recommended action.

Outputs

  • Full report
  • Prioritised 90-day action plan
005

Presentation and next steps

We present the results in a session with your team, answer questions and agree what to do first. You can carry out the plan with your own team, another agency or us; the choice is yours and the report is yours either way.

Outputs

  • Recording or minutes of the session

What the audit is, and what it isn't

It is a bespoke analysis of your website and your market, with reasoned conclusions and concrete actions. It is not an automated report exported from a tool with hundreds of warnings and no context, nor an excuse to sell you a fixed package.

Nor is it a promise of rankings. Nobody can guarantee positions on Google or citations in AI assistants, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do give you is clarity on where you stand, what is holding you back and the most efficient route to improvement.

  • Scope and fee agreed in writing before we start
  • The report is yours to act on with whoever you choose
  • Data handled confidentially, with read-only access

FAQ

About the audit

How much does the audit cost?

It depends on the size of the site, the number of markets and languages, and the areas you want to include. After the initial call we send you a proposal with a fixed scope, timeline and fee. No hidden costs and no tie-in.

How long does it take?

The timeline depends on the scope and is stated in the proposal. For a mid-sized website we are talking weeks, not months. Very large sites or those covering many markets need more analysis time.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics and, depending on scope, to Google Business Profile, Google Ads or your CMS. If any of these tools are not set up, we flag it in the report as part of the recommendations.

Can I audit just one area, such as AI visibility?

Yes. We can narrow the audit to one or more areas. Even so, we usually review the basic technical foundations, because visibility in AI assistants depends heavily on your site being crawlable and indexable.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. The report is yours and is written so that any team can act on it. If you would like us to do the work, we will prepare a separate proposal.

How do you measure visibility in AI assistants?

We agree with you a set of queries representative of your business and run them across the main assistants, recording whether you appear, how you are described and which sources are cited. AI answers vary between sessions, so we present this as a qualitative snapshot rather than an exact metric.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. We audit websites in Spanish and English for companies across Europe, and analyse each market against its own competitors and search results.
