Technical SEO
Crawling and indexing, JavaScript rendering, architecture, structured data, hreflang, performance. You're comfortable reading HTML, analysing logs and explaining a technical problem to someone non-technical.
Careers
We're a young company, founded in 2025, and we won't pretend otherwise. We're not advertising fixed vacancies right now, but we do want to meet talented people in search, content and technology.
You won't find a list of invented vacancies or a run-down of generic perks on this page. We're a small agency growing carefully, and hiring depends on the projects we have at any given time. When a need arises, the first people we'll think of are those who have already written to us and whom we've spoken to.
That's why we accept speculative applications all year round. We read them all, reply when we see a fit and keep your details only with your consent and for the period stated in our privacy policy. Working arrangements can take different forms depending on the profile and the project; we'll discuss that with you if and when the time comes.
If we see a fit, we'll suggest a first video call to get to know each other and understand what you're looking for. For some profiles we may ask you to talk us through a piece of your work or complete a short, clearly scoped exercise based on real day-to-day situations; we will never ask for unpaid work that we would use with clients. If there's no fit at that point, we'll tell you that too.
Profiles
Crawling and indexing, JavaScript rendering, architecture, structured data, hreflang, performance. You're comfortable reading HTML, analysing logs and explaining a technical problem to someone non-technical.
You write precisely in English, Spanish or both. You can research a subject, interview an expert and turn it into clear, useful, well-structured copy with no padding.
Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript, experience with CMSs such as WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, and a feel for performance, accessibility and technical SEO.
GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, advanced spreadsheets or SQL. You like finding the right question before building the chart.
What we value
You check before you claim, cite your sources and distinguish between what you know and what you assume.
You explain complex things simply, in writing and in meetings, to clients and colleagues alike.
You understand that the goal isn't the ranking but the client winning customers.
You'd rather say "I don't know" or "this isn't working" than dress up a result.
Search changes every month. You enjoy learning, testing and sharing what you find.
We work in English and Spanish. Other European languages are a plus.
How to apply
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Speculative application" and the profile you're interested in. Attach your CV and, if you have one, a portfolio or work samples: published articles, anonymised audits, repositories, dashboards.
Tell us in a few lines why search in the AI era interests you and what you'd like to learn. A good paragraph in your own words counts for more than a generic cover letter.
