2. What data we process and why
Contact and audit forms, and email. When you write to us we process your name, email and — if provided — company, website, target markets and the content of your message, in order to reply to your request and, where applicable, prepare an assessment or a service proposal.
Clients. If you hire our services, we process the data needed to manage the contractual relationship, invoicing and legal obligations. When we access client tools (Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads or the CMS), we do so as a data processor under the signed contract.
Browsing. The server hosting this site may record technical data (IP address, browser, date and time) in security logs for a limited period to keep the site running and secure.
3. Legal basis
- Contact and audit requests: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Clients: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Security logs: legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Contact data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than one year after the last contact if no business relationship follows. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use the following providers acting as data processors:
- Formspree, Inc. (USA): receiving and forwarding form messages. The international transfer relies on GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
- Web hosting and email provider, under a data processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Fonts are served from our own server and no third-party resources are loaded while browsing. That's why there is no cookie banner.
The SEO checklist stores your progress only in your browser's local storage; this data is never sent to any server and you can delete it with the “Reset” button or in your browser settings.
Links to external services (such as Google Maps) only open if you click them; from then on, that service's privacy policy applies. If we add analytics tools or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your prior consent.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections via HTTPS.
