Consulting & training

SEO judgement for your team, not just your website

If you already have a marketing, content or development team, you may not need us to do everything. What you need is someone to set the direction, review the key decisions and train the people who publish, build and decide every day.

Who it's for

When the know-how needs to stay in-house

SEO doesn't break during audits; it breaks in day-to-day work. A developer changes a template and drops the canonicals, a writer publishes three articles on the same topic, a campaign launches a landing page on an unlinked subdomain. Nobody does it carelessly: it's just that nobody explained how their work affects search.

Our consulting is designed for companies with in-house teams, for marketing or development agencies that want specialist support in SEO and AI search, and for marketing leaders who need an independent second opinion before making big decisions: a redesign, a platform change, international expansion or a major investment in content.

Our team combines experience in business consulting, marketing and technology, and that shows in how we run sessions: we speak the language of each role, from leadership to development.

  • Decisions reviewed before they cost money
  • Teams that apply SEO without depending on an agency
  • An external, independent adviser with context

In the retainer

What we typically review before it goes live

A retainer works best as an early filter: small reviews in good time prevent big fixes later.

Technical specifications

Development tickets that touch templates, URLs, navigation, filters or rendering. We add the SEO requirements before the work is built, not after.

Briefs and drafts

We review intent, structure and internal linking for priority content, and flag overlaps with pages that already exist.

Architecture changes

New sections, page mergers, menu or category changes: we validate them against search data and prepare redirects where needed.

Vendor proposals

An independent view on quotes from agencies, tools or platforms, focused on whether they solve the problem you actually have.

Reading the data

We interpret drops, spikes and changes in Search Console or GA4 with you, separating noise from what needs action.

Search developments

We explain which changes at Google or in AI assistants genuinely affect your business and which you can safely ignore for now.

Workshops

Training tailored to each role

Every workshop starts from your website and your tools. We don't run generic courses: the aim is for the team to leave knowing what to do the following Monday.

Technical SEO for developers

How Google and AI crawlers crawl, render and index, and which development decisions affect them. Includes a review of your templates and deployment workflow.

SEO writing for content teams

From intent analysis to the published article: how to choose topics, structure pages that genuinely answer, demonstrate experience and avoid cannibalisation.

How we prepare

From need to training plan

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We interview key people and review the website to understand what is known, what is going wrong and where the bottlenecks are.

  2. 02

    Programme

We design sessions by role with examples and exercises based on your own site, and agree format, length and schedule.

  3. 03

    Sessions

Practical training with room for real questions. We hand over materials and checklists the team can reuse.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

We review published work over the following weeks and answer questions, so what was learned actually gets applied.

FAQ

About consulting and training

Does consulting include implementation?

In an advisory engagement your team does the work while we direct, review and train. If at some point you need us to carry out a part of it (a technical audit, a migration, a content plan), we add it as a project with its own scope.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We support marketing, design and development agencies that want to offer SEO or AI search in more depth: audits, proposal reviews, migration support or training for their team. We agree confidentiality and the delivery format.

Are workshops held in person?

They can be remote or in person on the Costa del Sol. For teams in other cities they are usually remote, with shorter sessions spread over several weeks, which makes practical application easier.

How is an audit for an agency different from one for an end client?

The analysis is just as thorough, but the deliverable is designed for you to present or act on: we can follow your report format, separate findings by who should fix them and add technical notes for your developers. We do not contact your client unless you ask us to.

Can you help us set up an in-house SEO role?

Yes. We can help define the role's responsibilities, review candidates' practical exercises and support the person during their first months, so the knowledge stays inside the company rather than with an external provider.

How many advisory hours do I need per month?

It depends on how much your team changes and publishes. We estimate it after the diagnosis and review it every quarter; if you need more in a given month, we discuss it before invoicing.

Shall we train your team?

Tell us who is on your team and what you want to achieve. We will propose a tailored programme with a fixed scope and fee.
